Hello, I'm Indigo and this is my video game walkthrough blog. I'm not amazing but I try my best. I mostly do rpg's because faster paced games are more difficult to screenshot, but that's mostly what I play to begin with so it works out well. Games are mostly going to be Nes/Snes/Gameboy/Gameboy Advance. I hope what I've done can be helpful!

Megaman Zero: Mission 1C (Retrieve Data)

Retrieve Data (2/3)
"Do you remember the place in which we met? We had no choice
but to escape then, but my research tells me that there remains some
very important information for you there. The enemies must be trying
to obtain it before you do... Go and retrieve it before it's too late."

As you climb up the walls you will see a couple Rayblades that will spin around and try to catch you with their beams. They're not too difficult to dodge, but the level is full of them and some will require somewhat tricky dash-jumps to avoid. Note you can stun them with elemental shots but you can't destroy them.

Bomga (1/2)
Get this elf by defeating the red Colpper bombs that fly back and forth.

As you go on, you can climb up to where there was a cyber elf in an alcove before to obtain a 1up.

Sticker (2/2)
Get this elf by defeating all the Seal Cannons in the mission.

Other than a few enemies crammed into some small spaces there's not a whole lot to this level. You should get both the missable elves just outside the boss's door, you don't even need to make any of the enemies re-appear. When you're done charge your weapon with the thunder chip equipped and head inside.

Maha Ganeshariff
Weakness: Electricity
Reward: Cyber Elf

This guy can be a bit tough to dodge since he's so large, but once you've observed his moves it's not too much of a challenge. When he swings from the ceiling like a wrecking ball, wait for him to break off and then dash under him. When he curls up and spins along the floor dash-jump over him but watch out - he'll spit out two bombs as he goes along in fixed intervals. He'll also do an E. Honda-esque many handed slap move which you can avoid simply by standing back several steps from him.
His EX Skill is the "Tuskorang". It's a pretty simple move to avoid - it he shoots it high it will pass right over you and you can go in to hit him and jump over it as it returns. If he throws it low, jump over it and hit him and then dash under it as it returns.

Shwing! Every time you slice a boss in half, an angel bakes a cake for another angel and they have a little "hangout and eat cake" day.

Itecle
This elf is dropped by the boss. As soon as you pick it up the area will start caving in and you'll have to rush back to the trans server. Luckily, all the enemies are cleared out.

However, you will have to deal with a bunch of these steel shutters. A simple triple slash combo will get them out of the way. Just dash a lot and you should manage to reach the exit in time, though it helps of course if you have a good feeling for the layout of the area so you know when to jump and such.

Post-Mission

Speak with Cerveau after the mission to get the Triple Rod, a nifty new weapon. When leveled up you can extend it up to two times to attack far away, you can use it to attack in different directions, even pogo on to of enemies' heads. My favourite part about it however is its charged attack.

It's a big bunch of fun.

The Underground Lab will now be caved in permanently, but if you do go back you will have access to a new area. There are two large energy crystal capsules here, one in the bottom corner and one on the ledge across from the cuber elf. You don't need to get up on the ledge at all, you can simply break the container with the Triple Rod.

Somack
In the container, obviously.

After completing this mission and then another one after it, go and talk to Cerveau once again to get another weapon - the Shield Boomerang.

This weapon can only be leveled up twice from its basic stage, but it doesn't really need much added onto it anyway. It can deflect basic energy pellets but nothing else, as far as I know. When charged up and released you toss it out and naturally it will arc back to you. You can even start charging it again before it actually comes back to you.
