Neo Arcadia Shrine (2/7)
The first part of this stage is just a linear path with wolf and vulture enemies, so take those out before they have a chance to wreak havoc. You'll have to pass through a small temple with a ton of Rayblades scattered around. It's not extremely difficult to make it through, just pay attention to where their bolts are going and time your jumps accordingly.
Shortly afterward you'll come to a deactivated platform. Hit it and ride it up, and be prepared to be bombarded by more vultures. Jump over two more carriers to the left and you should see another deactivated platform. Jump on it and hit it, then ride it left and dash-jump off. You should land on the roof of the building with all the Rayblades in it.
Iteron
In a capsule on the roof of the Rayblade building.
Ireff
Right next to the previous capsule.
Go back and take the platform all the way up, and you'll arrive at another building, this one with a miniboss.
Pantheon Ace
Weakness: None
Reward: Cyber Elf
All you really have to do here is hold the Shield Boomerang out and deflect their shots, and toss it out at them as they pass by. You can also use triple rod's triple extend to hit them several times as they pass by you, since they have no invincibility flash when you hit them.
Beefive (1/2)
Appears after defeating the second Pantheon Ace.
Proceed through the other end of the building and you will be in an area with a whole bunch of Gyro Cannons and cliff ledges. If you dash-jump right off the first ledge you can pogo jump across three enemies using the Triple Rod (hold down + the attack button) and you will end up on the roof of the Pantheon Ace building. This is another one I recommend doing once you've finished the mission, unless you don't care about rank.
Stocpoh
In the capsule on top of the first miniboss building.
Ereff
Right next to the previous capsule.
Also at the bottom left of this Gyro Cannon hive is a place where you can drop down. If you slide down the wall and then hold right and fire your buster you may be lucky enough to hit another cyber elf capsule on your way down.
Coswick
On a ledge in the middle of nowhere. It will probably take several tries to hit the capsule, and when you do it will still take a while for it to float down to you. Also you'll be back at the start of the area. Again, coming back for it would be best.
Either way, once you've climbed all the ledges by the Gyro Cannons you'll arrive at a building with another miniboss.
Asura Bazura
Weakness: Electricity
Reward: Cyber Elf
For the most part, Asura will just spin around and bounce back and forth along the ground. During this time you can only harm it by hitting it in the head. Other than that all you have to do is stay about 1/3rd of the screen away and hit it with charged buster shots, or jump in with a slash and jump back out. You'll want to stay near the walls so you can climb up to dodge when it starts spinning.
Cloctch (2/2)
Obtained from the second miniboss.
Back outside you will find a familiar staple of the Megaman franchise - a disappearing block platforming section. Isn't that just the best. These blocks are extra spiteful, as they have cannons attached to their undersides that will fire at you as the blocks appear. If you dash-jump to the right from the right-most block you can find a little open attic area with some energy crystals, some health, and a 1up.
Muelar
If you dash-jump left from the very last block in the sequence you will smack into the side of a moving platform. Quickly wall climb up to the top and activate it. Count out about three seconds and then dash-jump left again and hopefully you will land on top of the building where Asura Bazura was. This elf will be waiting for you.
Either way when you're ready to head to the end of the level jump right from the top of the last disappearing block and climb up the wall, then continue east to the boss.
Herculious Anchortus
Weakness: Ice
Reward: Cyber Elf
This guy is pretty easy to dodge for the most part. Stick to the wall as much as possible. Sometimes he'll fly really low and ram himself into the wall, so just jump down and slash him with your sword when he does this. He'll also fire a large, slow moving ball of electricity that will follow you, but you can avoid this by jumping to the opposite wall. He will also shoot several small balls of electricity, one at a time, in a steadily rising diagonal pattern. Again, just jump to the opposite wall to avoid this.
He'll also shoot out two beams of electricity to either side of a certain point and then ram himself into the center spot. You can just avoid this by jumping/dashing away before he extends the second beam, since the move has a very short range.
For his EX Skill, Four-Armed Frenzy, he will fly into the air and shoot energy pellets down at you. You can just dash out of the way of these or try sending them back at him with your shield boomerang. As with most others, he's an immense pushover if you use his weakness.
